Do you know who murdered Robert Mitchner Jr?
On November 15, 2006, Robert William Mitchner, Jr., was tragically shot and killed in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 10:43 a.m. in the rear of 705 24th Street, NE. Upon arrival at the scene, Metropolitan Police officers discovered Mitchner suffering from gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
