On December 28, 2008, 17-year-old Darrelle Sampson, a student at Woodlawn High School in Birmingham, Alabama, was tragically killed alongside her boyfriend, 20-year-old Osmond Williams. The couple was found deceased in Williams' car, which was parked in an alley behind the 7400 block of 1st Avenue South in the East Lake neighborhood.
