Shuterica Shuntavious Lipscomb, a 22-year-old female, died on December 5, 2016, after being shot in a Homewood, Alabama apartment. In the days following her death, authorities arrested her 26-year-old boyfriend, Tavarus Jerome Jackson, in connection with the fatal shooting.
