In the early morning hours of Valentine's Day in 2015, the life of Antonio Dujuan Billingsley, a 28-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Anniston, Alabama. At approximately 3:40 a.m. on February 14, Anniston police officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 2900 block of Wilmer Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Billingsley inside a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds.
