Robert Michael Howard, a 28-year-old man from Mobile, Alabama, was tragically murdered on December 16, 2016, in what appeared to be a violent altercation that quickly escalated into a fatal shooting. Howard was found dead in the early hours of the morning after suffering gunshot wounds at a residence in the 2000 block of Halifax Street, a neighborhood known for its tight-knit community but also plagued by incidents of violent crime.
