Otis Wayne Pierson II, aged 38, tragically passed away on August 3, 2017, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Born on June 13, 1979, in Fort Walton Beach, Otis was affectionately known as "Pooh" to his family and friends. He spent his early years in Fort Walton Beach before moving to Detroit, Michigan, in 1983. After a few years, he returned to Fort Walton Beach in 1986, where he lived until his untimely death.
