On October 10, 2024, at approximately 9:35 a.m., Prichard police officers responded to a residence on the 400 block of Irby Street in Prichard, Alabama, where they discovered two deceased men: 46-year-old Bobby L. Knight and 26-year-old Willie L. Scott Jr. Preliminary investigations revealed that Knight and Scott were acquainted and had engaged in a verbal altercation that escalated into a fatal confrontation.
