In the summer of 2017, a young man's life was cut short in a quiet neighborhood in Fairfield, Alabama. On the evening of Sunday, July 9th, authorities responded to a call and discovered the body of 27-year-old Carlos Manuel Flores inside his vehicle. He had been fatally shot. The car was located on the side of the road in a residential area, a detail that deepened the mystery of his final moments.
