On the evening of April 27, 2021, 24-year-old DeAngelo Dwayne Poole was fatally shot in a drive-by incident in Fairfield, Alabama. The shooting occurred around 7:44 p.m. at the Homer E. Hayes Soccer Complex on the 200 block of Glen Crest Drive.
