In the spring of 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the evening peace at a park on Glen Crest Drive in Fairfield, Alabama, forever altering the lives of a group of friends. On that Tuesday, April 27th, Deangelo Dewayne Poole, a 24-year-old male, was enjoying time with his companions when a vehicle drove past and unleashed a volley of shots into the gathering. The sudden violence left a scene of chaos and devastation, with five men struck by bullets.
