In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of 18-year-old Demarcos Rodriguez was tragically cut short. On December 20, 2020, what began as a celebration, a private birthday party at a club on South Memorial Drive, descended into violence. Just before 1:30 a.m., a dispute escalated into a shootout, and in the chaos that ensued, Rodriguez was fatally wounded.
