In May of 1996, a night out with friends in Tulsa, Oklahoma, ended in tragedy for 23-year-old Kevin Huey. While at a venue known as the Genesis Club, located near 21st and Garnett, a dispute broke out which led to gunfire. Huey was struck by the gunshots and his friends rushed him to a local hospital for medical attention.

Despite their efforts, Kevin Huey succumbed to his injuries and passed away on May 5, 1996. Investigators with the Tulsa Police Department believe the altercation that ...
