Do you know what happened to James?
On September 10, 1995, James Lamont Garrett, aged 43, was found murdered in his Tulsa home located at 1819 W. Independence Street. Garrett had been shot, and it appeared that robbery was the motive, as his home had been ransacked. The front door of the residence was kicked in, and several items were stolen, including a car stereo and wheels. The investigation into his murder revealed no immediate suspects, and the case has remained unsolved for decades.
