On September 4, 2011, James Edward Knapper Jr., age 43, was found fatally shot at a car wash located at 3125 North Peoria Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Initial reports indicated that Knapper had been involved in a neighborhood dispute, which may have led to the shooting. Witnesses stated that they saw Knapper in a heated argument before the fatal incident occurred.
