In the early morning hours of July 11, 2020, the life of 16-year-old Guillermo Josue Garcia, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was walking near the entrance of the Seminole Hills apartment complex, in the 1600 block of East Virgin Street, when the incident unfolded.
