In the early morning hours of March 12, 1992, an employee at Mohawk Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma, made a grim discovery on the shores of a lagoon. The body of 39-year-old Timothy Lee Warren, a Caucasian male, was found with two gunshot wounds to his head, the result of a. 22 caliber revolver. His clothing was in disarray, with his pants wrapped around his thighs, though there were no other immediate signs of a struggle at the scene.
