On March 12, 1992, the body of 39-year-old Timothy Lee Warren was found in Mohawk Park, Tulsa, Oklahoma. An employee discovered his body on the shores of a lagoon early in the morning. Warren had been shot twice in the head with a .22 caliber revolver. His clothing was found in disarray, with his pants wrapped around his thighs, and there were no other visible signs of a struggle in the area.
