In the spring of 2012, the life of 35-year-old Kunta Jordan, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the evening of April 20th, he was discovered inside an SUV at the McKinley Apartments, having been fatally shot. The discovery marked another violent chapter in the city, contributing to a distressing trend of violence that year.
