On June 27, 1990, Quincy Davis was shot and killed at the Seminole Hills Apartment Complex located at 2015 N. Trenton Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The incident occurred in the early hours, around 1:50 a.m., when Davis was with a group of acquaintances gathered on the playground area of the complex. A blue station wagon made several trips around the apartment complex, raising suspicion among those present.
