Known affectionately to his friends and family as 'Kai' or his musical pseudonym 'Drop 3,' Mykai was remembered as a beacon of light, laughter, and leadership who lived life to its fullest. The day following the shooting, the man suspected of pulling the trigger, Billy Ray Bills, turned himself in to the authorities at the Tulsa County Jail. He was subsequently arrested and faced a series of serious charges, including one count of first-degree murder and three counts of shooting with intent to kill.
