In the summer of 2015, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace of a north Tulsa apartment complex, forever altering the lives of those who knew 26-year-old Lontonio Isaac. On a Monday evening, July 6th, Isaac was struck by multiple bullets in the parking lot of the Vining Park Apartments. Another man, found inside a nearby apartment, was also wounded in the shooting, sustaining a gunshot to the leg. Both men were rushed to a local hospital for medical attention.
