Do you know who murdered Lawrence? On the evening of April 7, 2013, the body of 30-year-old Lawrence 'Bud' Tennyson, a male, was discovered lying in the roadway in the 2900 block of North Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Responding to a call at approximately 10:38 p.m., police officers found that Tennyson had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
Investigators quickly determined that the location where his body was found was not the scene of the shooting.
Evidence suggested that Tennyson had been shot at a different, unknown location and his body was subsequently moved to the street where he was discovered. His death was classified as a homicide.
In the course of their investigation, Tulsa police sought information from the public regarding Tennyson's activities on the day of his death and anyone he may have been with. Authorities also mentioned that he may have been seen in a silver Dodge Neon with tinted windows. Despite these efforts, the case remains unsolved, and no arrests have been made. The suspects in the shooting of Lawrence Tennyson are still unknown.
