In the spring of 1999, the life of Dale Curtis Hill, a 27-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the evening of April 6th, a dispute erupted outside the Nugget Club on North Peoria, escalating into a violent altercation that involved several individuals. In the chaos that ensued, gunfire rang out, and multiple people were struck.
