In the spring of 1976, the life of 44-year-old Charles Rudolph Lewis, a male veteran of the Korean War, was brought to a violent and mysterious end in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the morning of May 14th, a grim discovery was made at his residence at 1322 N. Elwood. Lewis was found lying on the ground next to his vehicle in his own driveway. He had been shot to death.
