In the early morning hours of June 13, 2021, the life of Jeffrey Lytch, a 32-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The incident unfolded just after midnight at an apartment complex situated near the intersection of East 26th Street and South Memorial Drive. Responding to a call about a shooting, Tulsa police officers arrived at the scene to a grim discovery.
