On May 9, 2021, at approximately 2:30 p.m., 31-year-old Douglas MacArthur Crenshaw was fatally shot while seated as a passenger in a black 2018 Dodge Charger at the intersection of Valley Road and Gary Avenue in Fairfield, Alabama.
