In the early morning hours of a late summer day, the life of a young man from Washington, D.C. was tragically cut short. On Saturday, September 25, 2010, at approximately 1:55 am, the sounds of gunfire pierced the night in the 4400 block of Georgia Avenue, NW. When officers from the Fourth District arrived at the scene near the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Allison Street NW, they found a man lying on the ground, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
