On April 12, 2021, 38-year-old Donnie Streeter was fatally shot near the intersection of Philpot Avenue and Mabry Street in Selma, Alabama. Responding to reports of a gunshot victim around 9 p.m., Selma Police officers found Streeter lying on the road. He was transported to Vaughan Regional Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries later that night.
