Death by Force

On May 4, 2024, 20-year-old Chico Lamar Madison Jr. was fatally wounded in a drive-by shooting in the Pine Glenn Subdivision of Selmont, a community near Selma, Alabama. Following the shooting, the suspects abandoned their vehicle and fled on foot between houses. By the time deputies from the Dallas County Sheriff's Office arrived, Madison had been transported to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries before arrival.
