Death by Force

On September 24, 2022, 27-year-old Jamarcus D. Lewis was fatally shot while seated in his vehicle outside the M&M Food Mart in Theodore, Alabama. A female passenger in the car witnessed an argument between Lewis and 19-year-old Anthony Malek Alston, during which Alston allegedly brandished a firearm and shot Lewis.
