Tito Smith, a 42-year-old man from Mobile, Alabama, was tragically killed on April 5, 2019, in what authorities later determined to be a homicide. Smith's death occurred during a violent altercation, and the circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear. However, law enforcement investigations quickly revealed that Smith had been shot. The shooting took place in a residential area of Mobile, and despite efforts to revive him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
