On November 24, 2023, at approximately 11:41 a.m., Mobile Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting in the 700 block of Dauphin Island Parkway. Upon arrival, they discovered 43-year-old Joe Henderson suffering from a gunshot wound. Henderson was promptly transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
