On December 1, 1977, Warren Green, a 40-year-old resident of Mobile, Alabama, was tragically murdered alongside his wife, Lois Green, during a robbery at their Western Auto Store in Mount Vernon, Alabama. The assailants, identified as Freddie Lee Wright, Percy Craig, Roger McQueen, and Reginal Tinsley, orchestrated the robbery that culminated in the fatal shootings of both Warren and Lois Green.
