On November 13, 2021, at approximately 10:45 a.m., Prichard Police responded to a shooting incident at 3305 St. Stephens Road in Prichard, Alabama. Upon arrival, officers discovered 44-year-old Abdar R. Yelldon inside his vehicle, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency Medical Services were called to the scene, but Yelldon succumbed to his injuries, leading authorities to classify the incident as a homicide.
