On August 30, 2021, at approximately 5:39 p.m., Mobile Police responded to reports of a shooting at a business located on Lakeland Drive near Three Knotch Road in Mobile, Alabama. Upon arrival, officers discovered 22-year-old Nicholas McMillian suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
