On the evening of February 21, 2016, 22-year-old LaDarius Demetris Moorer was fatally shot at the Woodland Apartments in Prichard, Alabama. Responding to reports of gunfire around 8 p.m., police arrived to find a woman administering CPR to Moorer, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
