In the quiet, early morning hours of Saturday, January 14, 2023, a life was tragically cut short in Goodwater, Alabama. Robin Durell Braswell, a 31-year-old male, was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest near Coosa County Road 52. The Goodwater Police Department responded to a call for assistance at approximately 2:40 a.m. and, upon their arrival, discovered law enforcement and medical personnel already at the scene.
