Marcaus Odem, 43, from Goodwater, AL, died on June 5, 2021, in a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian. The incident occurred around 10:23 p.m. on Saturday, June 5, resulting in the death of the Sylacauga man. Odem was walking along the roadway when he was struck by an unknown vehicle, leading to fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
