On January 11, 2020, 24-year-old Dexter Diamontae Lashawn McGrew was fatally shot in Mobile, Alabama. At approximately 2:22 p.m., Mobile Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire at Cottage Hill Place Apartments, located at 7600 Cottage Hill Road. Upon arrival, they discovered a crime scene and initiated an investigation. Shortly thereafter, officers were notified that McGrew had arrived at Providence Hospital with gunshot wounds; he succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. ...Read More
