In the heart of an autumn week in Bessemer, Alabama, a domestic incident shattered the peace and ended the life of a young boy. Thirteen-year-old Timothy Sampson, a male student at Minor Middle School, was critically injured in a shooting that occurred on a Tuesday in October 2023. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries that Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Children's of Alabama hospital.
