On the evening of October 25, 2020, in the parking lot of a Red Roof Inn in Bessemer, Alabama, 26-year-old Torrandine James Robert Harris, a male, was found shot to death. Bessemer police officers, responding to reports of gunfire at the 4985 Academy Court location, discovered Harris deceased from his wounds upon their arrival.

The investigation into the shooting led authorities to identify 29-year-old Travis Leshun Lee as the primary suspect in Harris's murder. Warrants were subsequently ...
