On September 5, 2022, 23-year-old Keondra Ra'Shun "Keke" Hollis of Midfield, Alabama, was fatally shot in Birmingham. The incident occurred around 7:00 PM in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue Southwest, following a verbal altercation. Hollis was inside a vehicle when she was shot. Friends and family transported her to Princeton Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
