On July 24, 2022, at approximately 5:00 a.m., Birmingham Police officers responded to a call reporting a person down inside a residence in the 3100 block of 30th Court North. Upon arrival, they discovered 38-year-old Holli Jo Wilson unresponsive. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel pronounced her deceased at the scene. Evidence indicated that Wilson had been a victim of homicide.
