On a Friday afternoon, February 17, 2017, the quiet of a Rosemount, Minnesota neighborhood was shattered by a grim discovery that would be ruled a murder-suicide. Responding to a request for a welfare check at a home on the 3700 block of 154th Street West at approximately 3:45 p.m., police officers entered the residence to find a tragic scene.
