Linda Louise Ciotto, a 62-year-old woman from Willard, Ohio, tragically died on July 29, 2015, as a result of gun violence. She was born on April 10, 1953, in Toledo, Ohio, and had recently retired from her position as a yardmaster at CSX railroad.
