On October 18, 2001, Regina Hicks, aged 25, left her boyfriend’s residence in Willard, Ohio, at around 8 p.m. to pick up her young son from another location. Witnesses at the destination stated that Regina never arrived. Her car, a white Camaro, went missing along with her. It wasn’t until October 22, 2001, that the vehicle was discovered in a pond at Sectionline 30, with Regina's body inside.
