On a tragic evening in Sturgis, Michigan, the life of 38-year-old Stacy Mae Ramsey was violently cut short. On August 5, 2023, at approximately 10:43 PM, police responded to reports of a woman who had possibly been shot and then struck by a vehicle near the intersection of South Centreville Road and South Street. Arriving officers discovered Ramsey in the roadway with an apparent gunshot wound.
