Jessica Denene Lockett, 28, was killed along with another person in a vehicle collision at Finley Boulevard and Arkadelphia Road in Thomas. Roger Tavares Malone Jr was convicted on two counts of reckless manslaughter in April 2022. His actions violated the terms of his parole for the December 2004 shooting death of Searcy Owens.
