Reginald Pope, 17, male, Black/African American, was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound inside an apartment in Birmingham’s Gate City neighborhood on the morning of July 25, 2025. Officers were called just after 8 a.m. to the 7500 block of 67th Courtway South, where Birmingham Fire and Rescue pronounced him dead at the scene.
