Death by Force

On the evening of August 21, 2024, a tragic shooting occurred in Birmingham, Alabama, resulting in the deaths of two individuals. At approximately 8:05 p.m., law enforcement responded to reports of gunfire in the 700 block of 30th Street Southwest, located in the Germania Park community. Upon arrival, officers discovered 28-year-old Kayla Alexandria Warren suffering from gunshot wounds. She was transported to UAB Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries shortly before 11 p.m.
