In the spring of 2022, the life of 29-year-old Ryan Alfred Lucero, a male resident of Pueblo, Colorado, was tragically cut short. On the evening of April 11th, at approximately 5:18 p.m., events unfolded in the 1400 block of Mandan Place that would end in violence. Responding to a report of a shooting, Pueblo Police officers arrived at the scene to find a man suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
