In the early evening of a Wednesday in Pueblo, Colorado, a life was abruptly cut short in the parking lot of the Val U Stay Inn & Suites. David Robert Scott Tilley, a 37-year-old male, was found with a gunshot wound on December 16, 2020. The call reporting the shooting came in around 6 p.m., drawing officers to the motel located in the 2000 block of North Hudson Avenue.
